Terms of Service

Sublytics, developed by Trinitis Technologies, is a subscription-tracking tool: it helps you record recurring expenses, log usage, see cost-per-use analytics, and receive renewal and free-trial reminders. The service is currently offered as a free beta.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

• Not financial advice. Analytics, grades, and AI insights are informational only. Spending decisions are yours.
• Not a cancellation agent. Sublytics reminds and informs; cancelling a subscription always happens with the provider. We are not responsible for charges that occur despite a reminder.
• Not connected to your bank. All subscription data is entered by you. Figures shown are only as accurate as what you enter.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no interfering with the service's operation, no automated abuse of the API or AI endpoints, and no use that violates applicable law.

The service is free during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, we will announce them in advance, and you may stop using the service before any charge applies.

The Sublytics application, brand, and content belong to Trinitis Technologies. Your data belongs to you — you can export it at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. As a beta, features may change and occasional downtime may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinitis Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including unwanted subscription charges, missed renewals, or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via support@sublytics.in. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
