Privacy Policy

Sublytics is a subscription-tracking application developed by Trinitis Technologies ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact support@sublytics.in.

We collect only what the app needs to function:

• Account data — your Google sign-in name, email address, and profile picture. We use Google OAuth for authentication only; we do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
• Subscription data you enter — subscription names, providers, costs, billing cycles, renewal and trial dates, notes, and usage logs.
• Preferences — settings such as notification and AI-insight toggles.
• Notification endpoints — if you enable push notifications, the push subscription endpoint and keys your browser generates.
• Session cookies — a sign-in session cookie, required to keep you logged in.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the product is used (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate region). This may set cookies or use local storage managed by Google. We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing.

• To operate the app: dashboards, cost-per-use analytics, renewal and trial reminders.
• To send you notifications you explicitly enable (in-app, push, or email).
• To generate optional AI-powered insights (see section 4).
• To measure product usage and improve Sublytics (via Google Analytics 4).
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers. Ever.

If AI insights are enabled (you can turn them off anytime in Settings), anonymized spending summaries — subscription names, costs, and usage counts — are sent to our AI provider (currently Ollama Cloud) to generate reviews and suggestions. Your email address and account identity are never included in these requests.

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is only ever read and written server-side through authenticated requests. There is no public or client-side access to the database. We retain your data while your account is active.

• Google — sign-in (OAuth), database hosting (Cloud Firestore), and Google Analytics 4 (usage measurement).
• Ollama Cloud — optional AI insights, as described above.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivering reminder emails you opt into.
• Push services — your browser vendor's push service (Google FCM, Apple APNs, etc.) delivers notifications you enable.

You may export your subscription data anytime (CSV Export on the Subscriptions page). You may request correction or deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@sublytics.in from your sign-in address. We process deletion requests within 30 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Sublytics is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, announce them in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
